EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. With the exception of applicable provisions of the Employment Agreement not revised by this Agreement, this Agreement supersedes any other agreement, express or implied, between the parties as to the matters herein. To the extent any inconsistencies exist between this Agreement and any earlier employment agreements executed by Employee and Employer, including the Employment Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will supersede and control.
