Effect on the Agreement. Except as specifically amended or waived by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The term "Agreement" used in the Agreement shall mean the Agreement as amended hereby.
Effect on the Agreement. Except as specifically amended above, the Agreement and all other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
Effect on the Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement” “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby.
(b) Except as expressly amended, the Agreement and all other documents and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith, shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect on the Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of Section 2 hereof, each reference in the Loan Agreement to "this Agreement," "hereunder," "hereof," "herein" or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby.
(b) Except as specifically amended herein, the Loan Agreement, and all other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith, shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
(c) The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of Agent or Lenders, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of the Loan Agreement, or any other documents, instruments or agreements executed and/or delivered under or in connection therewith.
Effect on the Agreement. All terms and conditions of the Remaining Agreements shall remain in full force and effect as written except as expressly modified by this Amendment.
Effect on the Agreement. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect on the Agreement. Except to the extent of the specific amendment and waiver provided for herein, all of the representations, warranties, terms, covenants and conditions of the Agreement and the other Loan Documents (i) shall remain unaltered, (ii) shall continue to be, and shall remain, in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms, and (iii) are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. Upon the effectiveness of this First Amendment, all references in the Agreement (including references in the Agreement as amended by this First Amendment) to “this Agreement” (including, without limitation, each such a reference included in the term “Loan Documents” and all indirect references such as “hereby”, “herein”, “hereof” and “hereunder”) shall be deemed to be a collective reference to the Agreement as amended by this First Amendment.
Effect on the Agreement. The Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as amended by this Amendment No. 1 and the Agreement, together with this Amendment No. 1, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the matters set forth herein and there are no other agreements, commitments or understandings among the parties with respect to the matters set forth herein. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Amendment No. 1 and the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment No. 1 shall govern and control. Each and every other term, condition, covenant, representation, warranty and provision set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. From and after the date hereof, all references in the Agreement to the “Agreement” shall be deemed to mean the Agreement as amended by this Amendment No. 1.
