Effective Date of Termination definition

Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a Qualifying Termination occurs, as provided in Section 2.2 herein, which triggers the payment of Severance Benefits hereunder.

More Definitions of Effective Date of Termination

Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a termination of the Executive’s employment occurs.
