Examples of Effective Date of the Plan in a sentence

The following Distribution Plan (the "Plan") has been adopted pursuant to Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "Act") by the Investment Company named above ("Investment Company") for the class B shares (the "Class") of the Fund named above ("Fund"), which Plan shall take effect as of the date Class B shares are first offered (the "Effective Date of the Plan").
As more fully set forth in Article IX of the Plan, the Effective Date of the Plan is subject to a number of conditions precedent.
A Year of Service includes any Year of Service earned prior to the Effective Date of the Plan, except as provided in Section 5.08.
The Effective Date of the Plan for each of the Consultants shall be the date set forth on the respective Counterpart Signature Pages.
