Efficiency Unit definition

Efficiency Unit means a Unit containing only one habitable room. A room in a structure that is a single-family house at the time of application will not be considered to be an Efficiency Unit eligible for program funds.

Efficiency Unit means a Unit consisting of one habitable room. A room in a structure that is a single-family house will not be considered an Efficiency Unit eligible for program funds.
Efficiency Unit means a separate living space with a minimum floor area of one hundred fifty square feet which contains partial kitchen or bathroom facilities. (Ord. 1051 §4, 2003)
Efficiency Unit means a dwelling unit consisting of one principal room exclusive of bathroom, kitchen, hallway, closets, or dining alcove directly off the principal room, providing such dining alcove does not exceed one hundred twenty-five square feet in area.
