Elected Director definition

Elected Director means a person elected as an elected director in accordance with these bylaws or elected or appointed as a replacement director for an elected director;

Elected Director means a director appointed under clause 11.

Elected Director means a member of the Board elected by the State Bar membership from their district as determined by the Board.

Examples of Elected Director in a sentence

• In the event of a casual vacancy in the office of any Elected Director, the Board may appoint an appropriate Affiliated Member to the vacant office and the person so appointed may continue in office up to the end of the term of the Elected Director they are replacing.

• In case the Board determines that any Elected Director meets the criteria such Elected Director shall be re-classified as the Independent Director.

• Director means a member of the Board and includes an Elected Director and an Appointed Director.
