Examples of Elected Director in a sentence
In the event of a casual vacancy in the office of any Elected Director, the Board may appoint an appropriate Affiliated Member to the vacant office and the person so appointed may continue in office up to the end of the term of the Elected Director they are replacing.
In case the Board determines that any Elected Director meets the criteria such Elected Director shall be re-classified as the Independent Director.
Director means a member of the Board and includes an Elected Director and an Appointed Director.
Such Elected Director shall be a Class III Elected Director and shall hold office until the Annual Meeting at which the Class III Elected Director seat would expire.
Any casual vacancy occurring in the position of Elected Director may be filled by the remaining Elected Directors.
