The Electing Party shall bear its own expenses in connection with any such election to engage in a Like-Kind Exchange.
The Electing Party shall then select the arbitrator from such list or, if all such proposed arbitrators are reasonably unacceptable to such party, so advise the Non-Electing Party, whereupon such party shall prepare a new list of three proposed arbitrators and the selection process shall begin anew.
