Electric scooter definition

Electric scooter means a scooter with a floorboard that can be stood upon by the operator, with handlebars, and an electric motor that is capable of propelling the device with or without human propulsion at a maximum speed of nineteen (19) miles per hour.
Electric scooter means a device weighing less than one hundred pounds that is equipped with two or three wheels, handlebars, and an electric motor, and which is solely powered by the rider or by an electric motor capable of propelling the device without additional propulsion supplied by the rider, at a maximum speed on a paved level surface of no more than twenty miles per hour, or both.
Electric scooter means a device weighing less than 100 pounds that has handlebars and an electric motor, is powered solely by the electric motor and human power, and has a maximum speed of not more than 20 miles per hour on a paved level surface when powered solely by the electric motor. Under this MOU, an electric scooter shall be in reference to an electric scooter owned by Bird.
