Seller shall measure the amount of Facility Energy using the Facility Meter, which will be subject to adjustment in accordance with applicable CAISO meter requirements and Prudent Industry Practices, including to account for Electrical Losses and Station Use.
The generation capability designated for the Project shall be the contract capacity in MW designated in the Cover Sheet, net of all auxiliary loads, station electrical uses, and Electrical Losses (the “Contract Capacity”).
