Electrical System definition

Electrical System means the properties, structures, facilities, equipment, devices, and apparatus wholly or partly owned or leased by, or under contract to, or under the control of Niagara Mohawk or its Affiliates, other than the Interconnection Facility, which are necessary to interconnect the Production Facility to the transmission system, or are necessary for purposes of providing transmission and Retail Tariff services, including services under the NYISO Tariff.
Electrical System means the Distributor’s overhead and underground electricity distribution and sub-transmission power system network.
Electrical System means any electrical work subject to standards provided within the National Electrical Code as adopted in the Uniform State Building Code, as promulgated by the Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction;

Examples of Electrical System in a sentence

  • Seller shall complete the following: (i) obtain and pay for all Permits required to construct, install, operate and maintain the System, and (ii) obtain and pay for any authorizations and approvals from, and enter into agreements with, the Utility and Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction necessary to interconnect the System to the Site Electrical System and/or the Utility’s electrical distribution system.

  • Producer currently has a Unique Configuration, as defined below, since the Production Facility and Manufacturing Plant are interconnected to the Electrical System through the same Interconnection Facility.

  • Disconnection of the Facility from LIPA's Electrical System for any contractual, operational or safety reason shall not obligate Buyer to replace any revenues thus lost by Seller.
