Electronic Data Room definition

Electronic Data Room means the electronic data room established by or on behalf of the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Electronic Data Room shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.27.

More Definitions of Electronic Data Room

Electronic Data Room means the electronic dataroom known as “Project Bloom PPA” established by the Seller and made available to the Investor.
