Electronic Instruction definition

Electronic Instruction means, in relation to the provision and use of the Services and the System, an electronic communication which CSBHK believes in good faith to have been given by the Customer or any Authorized Person via the System;
Electronic Instruction means an electronic instruction received by the Custodian (i) through DTC's Institutional Delivery System ("IDS") or (ii) through such other electronic delivery system accessed by password or other security device and acceptable to the Fund and Custodian for the delivery of instructions. Fund shall safeguard any testkeys, identification codes or other security device made available by Custodian to Fund and Custodian may rely upon any electronic instructions as being authorized by the Fund which is received using the proper security device.
Electronic Instruction means any instructions or requests transmitted through electronic mail and/or any other form of electronic communication;

  • No such termination will affect any Electronic Instruction given by you which is properly received by us before expiry of such notice.

Electronic Instruction means any instruction, notice, instruction or other communication which may, from time to time be given through website, telephone, email, or SMS by you. We, however, reserve the right to require the instruction of supporting document/s, before we may decide to act or not on the instruction.
