Electronic Interface definition

Electronic Interface means access to operations support systems consisting of preordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing functions.

Unless otherwise specified, a reference to a Party’s End Users shall be deemed to refer to either (i) or (ii) above. As used herein, End User does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement, nor any Interexchange Carrier (IXC), Competitive Access Provider (CAP) or Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) provider (also known as a Wireless Carrier) or their retail customers.

Examples of Electronic Interface in a sentence

  • For simple services number reservations and aging of CenturyLink’s numbers, CenturyLink will provide real-time confirmation of the number reservation when the Electronic Interface has been implemented.

  • If the Electronic Interface is not available, Orders may be placed by telephone, as described in section 1.c. If a Purchase Order is not complete prior to the Order Cut-Off Time (as defined below), the Order will not be processed.

  • An Authorized Person for the Authorized Participant will log in to the Electronic Interface prior to the cut-off time for placing Orders with the Fund (the “Order Cut-Off Time”) set forth in the particular Fund’s order form (“Order Form”) and enter the terms of the Order.

  • Orders submitted through the Electronic Interface must be in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Prospectus, the Web Order Site, the Electronic Interface User Agreement (the “Electronic Interface Agreement,” which must be separately entered into by the Authorized Participant) and the applicable Electronic Interface User Guide (or any successor documents).

  • In the event the Electronic Interface service is unavailable, an Authorized Person for the Authorized Participant may call the Marketing Agent’s telephone representative at the number listed on the Order Form prior to the Order Cut-Off Time to receive an Order Number, as described further below.

Electronic Interface means a digital platform that offers control and access to data through application programming interfaces or other methods, based on a standard protocol approved by the Commission, such as the latest version of Green Button Connect My Data approved by NAESB and related documented best practices, or competing standard that offers similar functionality, that creates an automated customer authentication and authorization function for the sharing of customer billing information, including Historical Interval Usage and Interval Usage, with a Supplier, Curtailment Service Provider, or Energy Consultant.
