Electronic Trading Service means any facility provided by the Company which enables the Client to give electronic instructions to purchase, sell and otherwise deal with commodities and information services 「電子交易服務」指由本公司提供的，客戶能透過其發出電子指示買賣或以其他方式買賣商品的任何設施和資訊服務
Electronic Trading Service or “ETS” means the software, systems and other facilities, including, but not limited to, the website, telephone, facsimile, electronic mail and other devices provided by GTJAS, which enables the Client to give electronic Instructions and to obtain information services provided by GTJAS.

Electronic Trading Service any facility and service (including without limitation those relating to dealing services, information services, e-mail and the software comprised in any of the foregoing) provided or to be provided by the Broker or Broker’s contractor or agent or service provider from time to time under this Agreement which enables the Client to give instructions relating to any Transaction in the Account(s) or to obtain quotation on prices of securities or other information through any Electronic Media; “Event(s) of Default” any of the events of default as specified in Clause 6 of the General Terms and Conditions;
