ELECTRONIC TRADING TERMS. 22.1. You will be responsible for providing the System to enable you to use an Electronic Service.
ELECTRONIC TRADING TERMS. You will be responsible for the installation and proper use of any virus detection/scanning program the Company may require from time to time. The Company may execute all Transactions upon you placing them on the terms received by us. Access and Trading Hours Once you have gone through the security procedures associated with an Electronic Service provided by us, you will get access to Namir Trade LTD’s website and/or trading platforms, unless agreed otherwise or stated on our website in order to place orders for any Financial Instrument available from Namir Trade LTD and entering into Transactions with Namir Trade LTD. Further, you will be able to trade on the Namir Trade LTD’s Trading Platforms with and through Namir Trade LTD with the use of a personal computer, smartphone or any other similar device that is connected to the internet.
