Eligible Bonus definition

Eligible Bonus means an Award equal to a percentage of a Participant's applicable annual base salary established within the first 90 days of the Performance Period or, in the case of new hires or Participants who are promoted, established at the time of hiring or promotion and the portion of fiscal year 2010 for which the salary is applicable, consistent with those established for the same or similar position by the Committee within the first 90 days of the Performance Period.
Eligible Bonus means a cash bonus payable on or after January 1, 2009 pursuant to one or more of the Company’s annual and long-term incentive bonus plans, subject to such exceptions as the Administrator may determine prior to the deadline for any Elective Deferral that might be affected by such determination.
Eligible Bonus means the product of (i) the average percentage of the target annual incentive bonus earned by the Eligible Employee for performance during the two fiscal years immediately prior to the fiscal year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs and (ii) the target annual incentive bonus, expressed in dollars, which the Eligible Employee is eligible to earn in the fiscal year in which (A) the Change of Control occurs or (B) the Qualifying Termination occurs, whichever of (A) or (B) is greater.

More Definitions of Eligible Bonus

Eligible Bonus means an annual incentive payment that is payable to the Participant under the Severance Program and that is identified under the terms of the Severance Program as eligible for inclusion in determining the Participant’s Highest Average Monthly Earnings.
