Eligible Cardholders means customers of the Bank having a Principal Visa Credit Card/-i (“Card”) during the Campaign Duration as herein described but do not include:- (a) Cardholders who do not own any Principal Visa Credit Card/-i, corporate card(s), commercial card(s), or insurance card(s) issued by the Bank; and/or (b) Cardholders whose Card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during and up till twelve (12) weeks after expiry of the Campaign Duration.

Eligible Cardholders means the selected customers of the Bank who hold a Principal AmBank/AmBank Islamic Credit Card/-i (“Eligible Card”) during the Campaign Period as described herein and have received an invitation to participate in this Campaign via Short Message Service (SMS), Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) and/or telephone call, but do not include:-

• The BT allows Eligible Cardholders to transfer their credit card balance from other Banks to their HLB Credit Card account; or to credit the BT Approved Amount (defined under Clause 5) to their personal current or savings account (“CASA”) maintained with either HLB or with other banks in Malaysia via InterBank GIRO (“IBG”).

• Eligible Cardholders may participate in any one of the spending reward programs (the "Programs") (including, without limitation, gift redemption programs and cashback schemes) from time to time operated by UAF and switch among the Programs subject to any conditions as UAF may stipulate.

• Eligible Cardholders are responsible to service the monthly instalments which will be reflected in the eligible Cardholder’s NCB credit card account and will be reflected in the eligible Cardholder’s statement of account for the NCB credit card as part of the monthly minimum payment therein.

• QC MI allows the Eligible Cardholders to draw at a minimum amount of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Five Hundred (RM1,500) or a maximum amount up to 90% of existing available credit limit under the Eligible Cardholders’ Credit Card, subject to HLB's approval.

• For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign by the Bank shall not entitle the Eligible Cardholder(s) to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholder(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

Eligible Cardholders means customers of the Bank having a Principal Credit Card (“Card”) during the Campaign Period as herein described but do not include:- (a) Cardholders of debit card(s), prepaid card(s), corporate card(s), commercial card(s), or insurance card(s) issued by the Bank; and/or (b) Cardholders, whose Card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during and up till twelve (12) weeks after expiry of the Campaign Period. (c) permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of the Bank (including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, including spouses); and (d) Representatives and/or agents involved in this Campaign (including but not limited to the advertising and promotion agents).

Eligible Cardholders means customers of the Bank who hold a Principal or Supplementary Mastercard® Credit Card/-i (“Eligible Card”) during the Campaign Period as described herein, but do not include: (a) Cardholders of Visa credit card/-i, UnionPay credit card, debit card(s), prepaid card(s), corporate card(s), commercial card(s), or insurance card(s) issued by the Bank; and/or (b) Cardholders whose Card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during and up till twelve (12) weeks after expiry of the Campaign Period. (c) Permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of the Bank (including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies).

Eligible Cardholders means customers of the Bank having a Principal Visa Credit Card/-i (“Eligible Card”) during the Campaign Period as herein described but do not include:- (a) cardholders of Mastercard®credit card/-i, UnionPay credit card, debit card(s), prepaid card(s), corporate card(s), or insurance card(s) issued by the Bank; and/or (b) cardholders whose accounts with the Bank have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during and up till twelve (12) weeks after expiry of the Campaign Period. (c) Permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of the Bank (including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies).

Eligible Cardholders means customers of AmBank having a Credit Card/i (“Card”) during the Campaign Duration as herein described but do not include:- a) cardholders of debit card(s), prepaid card(s), corporate card(s), commercial card(s), or insurance card(s) issued by AmBank; and/or b) cardholders whose Card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during and up till two (2) weeks after expiry of the Campaign Duration.

Eligible Cardholders means customers of the Bank who hold a Principal UnionPay Platinum Credit Card or Supplementary UnionPay Platinum Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) during the Campaign Period as described herein, but do not include: (a) Corporate cards, commercial cards, or insurance cards issued by the Bank and/or (b) Cardholders whose Card accounts have been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during and up till twelve (12) weeks after expiry of the Campaign Period.

Eligible Cardholders means Debit Cardholders of the Bank who have received the SMS specifying this promotion during the Campaign Period as herein described, and are entitled to participate on an independent basis except cardholders whose Debit Card accounts with the Bank have been suspended, cancelled, terminated or closed for whatsoever reasons during the Campaign Period or during the fulfilment of the Campaign or prior to notification of winners by the Bank. Debit Cardholders who do not receive the SMS are deemed not qualified to participate in this Campaign.

Eligible Cardholders means Debit Cardholders of the Bank who have received the SMS specifying this promotion during the Campaign Period as herein described, and are entitled to participate on an independent basis except cardholders whose debit card accounts with the Bank have been suspended, cancelled, terminated or closed for whatsoever reasons during the Campaign Period or during the fulfilment of the Campaign or prior to notification of winners by the Bank.
