Eligible Collateral Asset definition

Eligible Collateral Asset has the meaning specified in Annex C.
Eligible Collateral Asset means any Collateral Asset (other than Cash and Cash Equivalents) determined pursuant to the Collateral Administration Agreement to satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set forth in Annex B.
Eligible Collateral Asset means a Collateral Asset that (A) has been approved by the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, prior to the date on which the Borrower commits to acquire such Collateral, and (B) satisfies each of the following eligibility requirements on any date of determination (unless otherwise expressly waived by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion):

Examples of Eligible Collateral Asset in a sentence

  • Each contribution shall either be made (a) in Cash, (b) by assignment and contribution of an Eligible Investment and/or (c) by assignment and contribution of an Eligible Collateral Asset.

  • Eligible Collateral means, with respect to a party, the items, if any, specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination.
