Eligible Dependents definition

Eligible Dependents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a)(iv) of this Agreement.
Eligible Dependents means dependents of the Executive who are eligible to receive medical benefits under the Company’s medical plan.
Eligible Dependents means enrolled dependents of Subscribers, as defined by the Florida Administrative Code and statutes.

Examples of Eligible Dependents in a sentence

  • Eligible Dependents of retirees may continue coverage until the retiree’s death.

  • The Subscriber or Eligible Dependents shall execute and deliver such instruments and papers and do whatever else is necessary to secure such rights.

  • All applications submitted to Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI) by the Participating School District now or in the future, will be for Eligible Employees or Eligible Dependents only.

  • For example, if the Participating Employee terminates employment, the Participating Employee and any enrolled Eligible Dependents may be eligible for eighteen (18) months of continued coverage.

  • All applications submitted to Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI) by the Group now or in the future, shall be for Eligible Employees or Eligible Dependents only.


More Definitions of Eligible Dependents

Eligible Dependents has the same meaning as in the City's tax qualified retirement plan for general employees.
Eligible Dependents means the following:
Eligible Dependents means eligible as dependents under the Maryland State Retirement/Pension System.
Eligible Dependents means enrolled dependents of Enrollees, as defined by the Florida Administrative Code and statutes.
Eligible Dependents means, for purposes of paragraphs of this appendix:
Eligible Dependents means (1) Participant’s spouse; and all of Participant’s children, including step-children, legally adopted children, children for which Participant is the legal guardian, and grandchildren, any of which are under twenty- six (26) years of age; or (2) the definition of eligible dependent provided by the Master Policyholder for all other benefits offered by the Master Policyholder provided that said definition is more broad than (1) above and Master Policyholder provides a copy of same to Texas Legal. Notwithstanding the forgoing, an Eligible Dependent child may not be older than 26.
Eligible Dependents means dependents as defined by Chapter 60P, Florida Administrative Code.
