Eligible Engine definition

Eligible Engine means any Engine suitable for installation on an Eligible Aircraft or any other Engine reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, in each case that are owned by the Borrower or any other applicable Grantor, that are not subject to a sublease, loan or similar arrangement, and that are eligible for the benefits of Section 1110.
Eligible Engine means any Engine suitable for installation on an Eligible Aircraft or any other Engine reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, in each case that is owned by the Borrower or any other applicable Grantor, and that (i) is not subject to a sublease, loan or similar arrangement (other than any Permitted Disposition), (ii) constitutes Core Fleet Equipment and (iii) is eligible for the benefits of Section 1110.
Eligible Engine means an Engine that is an Eligible Asset.

Examples of Eligible Engine in a sentence

  • If Spirit fails to comply with the requirements set forth in Section 9, and such failure or non-approval, as applicable causes the Maintenance Center to reasonably reschedule or delay the induction or completion of a Shop Visit for an Eligible Engine, then such delay shall constitute an Excusable Delay for IAE.

  • Each Eligible Engine following an Eligible Engine Removal shall be forwarded to the Maintenance Center.

Eligible Engine means any Engine suitable for use on an Eligible Aircraft.
