Eligible Expenditure definition

Eligible Expenditure means an expenditure described as eligible in Schedule B or deemed eligible by Canada in accordance with Section 4.2.
Eligible Expenditure means expenditure in relation to this Project that complies in all respects with the Eligibility Rules.
Eligible Expenditure means an expenditure the payment for which meets the requirements of Section 2.05 and which is consequently eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • If deemed as an Eligible Expenditure, the County will forward the requested reimbursement amount to the City within ten (10) business days.

  • Unless a cost or a loss is considered an Eligible Expenditure pursuant to section C2.1 (Scope of Eligible Expenditures), such cost or loss will be considered an Ineligible Expenditure.
