Eligible Expenditure definition

Eligible Expenditure means expenditure in relation to the Funded Activities that complies in all respects with the eligibility rules set out in Annex D of this Grant Agreement;

Eligible Expenditure means expenditure in relation to this Project that complies in all respects with the Eligibility Rules.

Eligible Expenditure means an expenditure the payment for which meets the requirements of Section 2.05 and which is consequently eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Loan.

Examples of Eligible Expenditure in a sentence

• The Grant Recipient will provide the Grant Manager such evidence as it may reasonably require (including receipts, invoices and other documentary evidence) that Grant Claims relate to costs which constitute Eligible Expenditure.

• The AUTHORITY Grant Manager will only pay the Grant in respect of Eligible Expenditure incurred by the Grant Recipient to deliver the Funded Activities and the Grant Recipient will use the Grant solely for delivery of the Funded Activities.

• Eligible Expenditure: the expenditure incurred (or to be incurred) by the Recipient for the purposes of delivering the Project (and nothing else), which is specified in Schedule 1.

• You must provide details of Eligible Expenditure in respect all Funded Activities and must record this expenditure in ANNEX 7 of this Grant Agreement.

More Definitions of Eligible Expenditure

Eligible Expenditure means an expenditure described as eligible in Schedule B or deemed eligible by Canada in accordance with Section 4.2.

Eligible Expenditure means any use to which the Loan is put in support of the Program, other than to finance expenditures excluded pursuant to the Loan Agreement.”

Eligible Expenditure shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Special Conditions.

Eligible Expenditure means the payments made by the Grant Recipient during the Funding Period for the purposes of delivering the Funded Activities which comply in all respects with the eligibility rules set out in paragraph 5 of this ANNEX 1;
