An Initial Enrollment Period is the period of time during which an Eligible Employee and Eligible Family Member may enroll under this Plan as shown in the GEA signed by the Group.
A person may become a Newly Eligible Family Member as the result of: A change in the Subscriber’s marital or domestic partnership status.
