Examples of Eligible Person in a sentence
If a person becomes an Eligible Person after the Group's Benefit Plan Date and enrolls for coverage for self or for self and any eligible Dependent(s) and the enrollment form is received by the Plan Administrator within thirty (30) days of the eligibility date, the Effective Date of coverage will be the eligibility date.
Grantees are required to retain records and other relevant documentation for each applicant or Eligible Person for five fiscal years after funds have been expended and accounted for.
Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.
Every Eligible Person may enroll for coverage under this Benefit Plan and may include any Eligible Dependents.
Eligible Person – A person entitled to apply to be an Employee or Dependent as specified in the Schedule of Eligibility.
