The aggregate amount of Revolving Advances made to Borrower against Eligible Domestic Finished Goods Inventory and Eligible Raw Material Inventory shall not exceed in the aggregate, at any one time outstanding, the sum of $7,500,000 less the aggregate advances outstanding against Eligible Export-Related Inventory Value under the Ex-Im Credit Agreement.

As to each item of Inventory that is identified by Borrowers as Eligible Finished Goods Inventory, Eligible Raw Material Inventory, or Eligible Work-In-Process Inventory in a Borrowing Base Certificate submitted to Agent, such Inventory is (a) of good and merchantable quality, free from known defects, and (b) not excluded as ineligible by virtue of one or more of the excluding criteria (other than any Agent-discretionary criteria) set forth in the definition of Eligible Inventory.
