Eligible Raw Material Inventory definition

Eligible Raw Material Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of goods that are first quality raw materials.
Eligible Raw Material Inventory means Eligible Inventory consisting of raw materials (as determined in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion and consistent with past practices).
Eligible Raw Material Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of goods that are first quality raw materials consisting of orthobiologics products (but not spinal fusion hardware products).

More Definitions of Eligible Raw Material Inventory

Eligible Raw Material Inventory means, at any time, Eligible Inventory constituting raw materials used or consumed by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business in the manufacture or production of other Inventory.
