Eligible Subscriber definition

Eligible Subscriber means an active subscriber of VIL satisfying the following criteria at the time of participation and during continuation of Challenge:–

Eligible Subscriber means a Person who, on the Eligibility Record Date, is (i) a Person who is a named insured under a Qualifying Policy that is a group policy, or (ii) a Person who is a named insured under a Qualifying Policy that is an individual policy.
