Eligible Units definition

Eligible Units has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.2.
Eligible Units means those residential units for Supportive Living, DSL and LTC that meet the requirements specified in this Grant Application Process and for which the Applicant is seeking grant funding; Eligible Units and their accompanying common and service area comprise the Core Capacity of the Facility.
Eligible Units means Units held by Eligible Holders.

  • SERV Eligible Unit Servicing Agent shall distribute to redeeming Fund/SERV Eligible Unit holders of record on its books redemption proceeds it receives pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust from the Trustee as the sole record owner of Fund/SERV Eligible Units on the Trustee's books.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust, the Trustee may deem and treat the Fund/SERV Eligible Unit Servicing Agent as the sole Unit holder of Fund/SERV Eligible Units for all purposes of the Indenture and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary.

More Definitions of Eligible Units

Eligible Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).
Eligible Units means all units that are served by a BPA Utility Customer and are otherwise eligible for weatherization services under the US DOE Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-income Persons, 10 CFR 440.3.
