SERV Eligible Unit Servicing Agent shall distribute to redeeming Fund/SERV Eligible Unit holders of record on its books redemption proceeds it receives pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust from the Trustee as the sole record owner of Fund/SERV Eligible Units on the Trustee's books.

Eligible Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).

Eligible Units means all units that are served by a BPA Utility Customer and are otherwise eligible for weatherization services under the US DOE Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-income Persons, 10 CFR 440.3.
