On the last business day of the month, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender in cash the difference between the ELOC draw down remittances paid to the Lender and the Monthly Minimum Installment Payments then due.
New Circle shall remit Eighty Percent (80%) of all ELOC proceeds to the Lender to satisfy the Monthly Minimum Installment Payments under the Notes, with Twenty Percent (20%) of the ELOC proceeds to be retained by the Borrower.
