Embargoed Country means, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any comprehensive embargo under any Sanctions (as of the Effective Date, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, and the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic, which list may be amended from time to time).
