Emissions Reduction Credit definition

Emissions Reduction Credit is any credit, allowance or instrument issued or issuable pursuant to a state implementation plan under the Clean Power Plan promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency under the Clean Air Act.
Emissions Reduction Credit means any credit, allowance, or instrument issued or issuable by a governmental authority under regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency under the Clean Air Act.
