Employee Grade 4 definition

Employee Grade 4 means an employee who is engaged in full control of a section of an establishment including supervision and training of employees of a lower grade and receipt, delivery, recording and ordering of goods within such an area.

Examples of Employee Grade 4 in a sentence

  • There is no automatic progression from a Care Service Employee Grade 4 to Care Service Employee Grade 5.

  • Employees who are classified as a Care Service Employee Grade 4 Level 2 are excluded from this clause.

  • Level 4 Cemetery Employee Grade 4 Level 4 employees perform work to an agreed standard in a single discipline or type of activity.

  • The classification of a CYES Employee Grade 4 shall mean a person who has furniture-handling experience, an Advanced tool kit and who possesses an MR licence.

  • Retail Employee Grade 4 – shall mean an employee engaged to perform a range of duties within the operation of the store, who is appointed and is required by the Company to perform work at a higher level of skill and who is required to accept additional responsibilities to those required of a Retail Employee Grade 2, 3 & 3b.
