Employee Members means the Members that have been appointed by unions, employee associations, retiree organizations/associations, or Employee Members pursuant to this By- Law;

Employee Members means (i) each New Employee Member and (ii) any Affiliate of (i) admitted as an additional or substitute Employee Member of the Company in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, until such time as such Person ceases to be a Member of the Company as provided herein.

Examples of Employee Members in a sentence
