Employer Company definition

Employer Company means a company, whether (i) the Company or a Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation of the Company, which employs the Employee; (ii) a 50% or more affiliate of the Company or a Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation of the Company, which employs the Employee or receives services from a Service Provider, or (iii) the Company or a Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation of the Company, to which the Service Provider is providing services or with which Service Provider engages in business.
Employer Company means the company, whether the Company or a Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation of the Company, which employs the Employee.
Employer Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(b) of the Asset Transfer and Contribution Agreement.

More Definitions of Employer Company

Employer Company as used herein shall mean the Person which following such Change of Control holds the largest percentage of Employer Company's Total Assets, including for this purpose Total Assets which are held by such Person directly or indirectly through one or more Subsidiaries.
