Employment Date definition

Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

Employment Date means the date an Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

Examples of Employment Date in a sentence

• In certain limited instances, exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis, e.g., where the person was a member of the Club prior to the adoption of this Policy or was a member of the Club for at least six months before his or her Employment Date.

Employment Date means, for any Employee, the date on which the Employee commenced working for the Company.
