EMR System definition

EMR System means the software, hardware and communications facilities used by a Party for patient care in an ambulatory or outpatient environment to electronically store EMR's, and to enable each Party to use and disclose Health Information embedded in EMR's, and each EMR System shall be identified in the applicable IMA;

Examples of EMR System in a sentence
