Enabling services means the services as defined in Part BService Description
Enabling services means services that are designed to help families gain access to health care. Enabling services include but are not limited to outreach, informing/reinforming, and care coordination services to link women, children, and families to needed health care services.
Enabling services means services that allow or provide for access to and the derivation of bene- fits from, the array of basic health care services and include activities such as outreach, case manage- ment, health education, transportation, translation, home visiting, smoking cessation, nutrition, sup- port services, and others.

Enabling services means and refers to Services identified by the parties as “Enabling Services” in accordance with this section and include such Services as tax, finance, legal, human resource, or compliance services, but excludes any Portfolio Services.
