End User Agreements definition

End User Agreements means end user agreements(s) entered into between CrowdStrike and an End User that governs the End User’s use of the Products and Services.

End User Agreements or “EUAs” mean(s) the contract(s) entered into by a Subscriber’s End Users. Examples of End User Agreements include membership agreements, personal training services agreements, and agreements for group or functional training services.

End User Agreements is defined in Section 1.1(c) of the Agreement.

Examples of End User Agreements in a sentence

• Further, termination of this Contract for any reason shall not result in the termination of the underlying End User Agreements entered into between CONTRACTOR and any END USER which shall, in each instance, continue pursuant to their stated terms and duration.

• The only effect of termination of this Contract is that CONTRACTOR will no longer be able to enter into any new End User Agreements with END USERS pursuant to this Contract.

End User Agreements means customer agreements (including the Company’s standard end user license agreement that is presented to an end user during installation of the Company’s Products) entered into in the ordinary course of business that provide end users the non-exclusive right to use a Company Product (in the case of Company Products that include software, such agreement providing only an object code license to such software) or non-exclusive right to receive services of the Company, but provides no rights to distribute Company Products to third parties or make any modifications thereto.

End User Agreements means all executory and in force services agreements between INNUITY and Free Hosting End-Users, Monthly Hosting End-Users, Annual Hosting End-Users and eCommerce End-Users relating to the Services, the forms of such agreements are attached as Schedules X0, X0, X0 xxx X0, respectively;

End User Agreements means all of the agreements that exist with end users relating to the Business including any correspondence, collateral warranties or letters that are capable of affecting materially any such agreement between Management Data and the end user;
