Endorsements definition

Endorsements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).
Endorsements means the following endorsements (if available in the jurisdiction in which the Property is located) as required by the Partnership and Inland: (i) owner’s comprehensive endorsement; (ii) location endorsement; (iii) zoning endorsement; (iv) legal lot endorsement; (v) separate tax lot endorsement; (vi) street access endorsement; (vii) survey endorsement; (viii) deletion of creditor’s rights exclusion; (ix) encroachment endorsement, if applicable; (x) restrictions endorsement, if applicable; (xi) Fairway endorsement, if applicable; (xii) non-imputation endorsement, if applicable; and (xiii) such other endorsements as agreed by the Parties.
Endorsements means a specific term, conditionor variation to the policy.

Examples of Endorsements in a sentence

  • Purchaser shall pay for the cost of any recording fees with respect to the Deed, one-half of the cost of the closing escrow (if applicable), and the cost of any endorsements required by the Purchaser other than extended coverage and the Required Endorsements.

More Definitions of Endorsements

Endorsements means any alteration made to the Policy which has been agreed by us in writing. "Excess" means the first part of any claim which you have to pay yourself.
Endorsements means ALTA (or equivalent) endorsements to lenderspolicies of title insurance typically required by commercial lenders , such as “usury,” “so-called comprehensive coverage over covenants and restrictions,” “contiguity,” “public road access,” “survey,” “variable rate,” “environmental lien,” “subdivision,” “mortgage recording tax,” “separate tax lot,” “revolving credit,” “first loss,” “lender’s doing business” and aggregation to the extent available in the jurisdiction in which a Significant Real Property is located.
