Energy Output definition

Energy Output means the amount of electrical energy generated by the Facility and delivered to CEB under this Agreement.
Energy Output means the electricity generated by the Solar PV System measured in kWh.
Energy Output means the Energy (expressed in MWh) delivered to the Delivery Point;

Examples of Energy Output in a sentence

  • In the event the Metering System is not in service due to repair, testing or maintenance by Company, then the electronic record of the Net Energy Output from the Back-Up Metering System shall be used and the Company shall deliver a copy of the Back-Up Metering System record to BPDB with the relevant Monthly invoice(s).

  • Buyer shall return a portion of the Performance Guarantee Deposit quarterly during the first Contract Year pro rata based on the actual Energy Delivered to Buyer during such quarter compared to the total Projected Annual Energy Output for the first Contract Year.

More Definitions of Energy Output

Energy Output means the amount of energy (in kWh) generated by the Project and delivered to the Delivery Point from and after the Test Commencement Date, as metered by the Metering Equipment, net of parasitic or auxiliary load.
Energy Output means the Energy generated by the System and measured in whole kilowatt- hours (kWh).
