Energy Output definition

Energy Output means the electricity generated by the Solar PV System measured in kWh.
Energy Output means the amount of electrical energy generated by the Facility and delivered to CEB under this Agreement.
Energy Output means the Energy (expressed in MWh) delivered to the Delivery Point;

Examples of Energy Output in a sentence

  • Upon the effective designation of an Early Termination Date, the Non-Defaulting Party will have the right to immediately suspend performance under this Agreement, including in the case of Company, terminating payment of the Solar Energy Output Payment and issuance of community solar bill credits.

  • If the Project Owner and the Subscriber Organization are not the same Person, then the Subscriber Organization represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary rights and consents from the Project Owner to enter into this Agreement and the Interconnection Agreement and to convey the Solar Energy Output to the Company.

  • Company shall have the unconditional right to use and control the Solar Energy Output after it takes title and risk of loss.

  • Title and risk of loss related to the Solar Energy Output shall transfer from Subscriber Organization to Company at the Point of Delivery.

  • If, during the Term of the Agreement, any Company-owned and operated components interconnected with the Project should be damaged or destroyed such that the Project is not delivering Solar Energy Output to Company, Company shall provide Subscriber Organization written notice and promptly repair or replace the component to its original specifications, tilt and orientation at Company’s sole expense.


More Definitions of Energy Output

Energy Output means the amount of energy (in kWh) generated by the Project and delivered to the Delivery Point from and after the Test Commencement Date, as metered by the Metering Equipment, net of parasitic or auxiliary load.
Energy Output means the net Energy generated by the Facility and delivered to the Delivery Point.
Energy Output means the Energy generated by the System and measured in whole kilowatt- hours (kWh).
Energy Output means the actual kilowatt hours (kWh) of energy generated by the System and delivered or made available for delivery to the Delivery Point in any given period of time. For the avoidance of doubt, Energy Output does not include RECs or Other Credits.
