Energy Policy and Conservation Act. Both parties hereby agree to comply with all mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency, which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (Pub. L. 94-163, 89 Stat. 871).

Article AI - Education Amendments of 1972 (Equal Opportunity in Education Act) – Title IX The Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must comply with the requirements of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.), which provide that no person in the United States will, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. These regulations are codified at 6 CFR Part 17 and 44 CFR Part 19.
Energy Policy and Conservation Act. 8.16.7 That the funds that are provided by XXXX and HUD hereunder shall not be used, directly or indirectly, to employ, award a contract to, or otherwise engage the services of any debarred, suspended or ineligible contractor.
