Examples of Energy Services Payment in a sentence

  • Provider shall invoice Purchaser on or about the first day of each month (each, an “Invoice Date”), commencing on the first Invoice Date to occur after the Commercial Operation Date, for the Energy Services Payment in respect of the immediately preceding month.

  • Purchaser shall pay to Provider a monthly Energy Services Payment for the Energy Services provided during each calendar month of the Term as set forth in the Special Conditions.

  • energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;
