Energy Transfer Station definition
Energy Transfer Station means the separate heat exchangers for space heating and domestic hot water (excluding domestic hot water storage tanks), energy meter including temperature sensors and flow meter, control panel and all pipes, fittings and other associated equipment which control the transfer, and measure Thermal Energy from the Distribution System, on the one hand, to the system of water pipes and heat and hot water delivery and storage equipment installed or to be installed by the Grantor in the Building; and
