In any event, the other Party shall reasonably cooperate with the Enforcing Party, including providing information and materials, at the Enforcing Party’s request and expense.
Any further security over the Assets from the Trustee in favour of an Enforcing Party will be taken to be part of the Security and governed by this Deed.
