Engineering Reports definition

Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).
Engineering Reports shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(c)(i).
Engineering Reports means, with respect to each Individual Property, the structural engineering report(s) with respect to such Individual Property (i) prepared by an Engineer, (ii) addressed to or permitted by such preparer to be relied upon by Lender, (iii) prepared based on a scope of work determined by Lender in Lender’s discretion, and (iv) in form and content acceptable to Lender in Lender’s discretion, together with any amendments or supplements thereto.

  • Except as expressly disclosed in the Engineering Reports, the Environmental Reports, the PZR zoning reports or the Surveys delivered to Lender by Borrower, each applicable Borrower, Operating Lessee, each Individual Property and each applicable Borrower’s or Operating Lessee’s use thereof as a hotel and operations thereat comply in all material respects with all applicable Legal Requirements and all Insurance Requirements.

More Definitions of Engineering Reports

Engineering Reports means the structural engineering reports with ------------------- respect to the Facility prepared by an Engineer and delivered to Lender in connection with the Loan and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.
