Enhancement Payment definition

Enhancement Payment. With respect to any Distribution Date on or prior to the Distribution Date on which the Seller Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero, the amount of Realized Losses with respect to Mortgage Loans, provided, however, that with respect to the Distribution Date on which the amount of Realized Losses are greater than the Seller Loss Coverage Amount, the Enhancement Payment for such Distribution Date shall be the Seller Loss Coverage Amount.
