Enterprise Agreement definition

Enterprise Agreement means an agreement certified under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) or approved under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW).
Enterprise Agreement means an Agreement made pursuant to Section 29 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996.
