Entire Understanding definition

Entire Understanding. This agreement contains the full understanding of the parties, and any prior written or oral agreement between the parties shall merge into and be superseded by this Agreement.

Any controversy or claim arising out of this Agreement, or the breach thereof, or as a result of any claim involving negligence by a party to this Agreement, shall be settled through mediation and/or arbitration within the State of New Hampshire.

Entire Understanding. The above terms constitute the entire understanding of the parties. This contract may only be amended by written agreement of the parties, signed by both parties and witnessed in terms identical to this original contract. All notices herein shall be by registered or certified mail.
