Entitlement Area definition

Entitlement Area means a unit of general Local Government that has been designated by HUD to receive an allocation of HOME funds.
Entitlement Area means counties and cities which have been designated to receive an allocation of HOME funds directly from HUD and is considered a Participating Jurisdiction.
