Entity Guarantor definition

Entity Guarantor means each Guarantor who is not a natural person; and “Individual Guarantor” shall mean each Guarantor who is a natural person.
Entity Guarantor means LifeCare Holdings and each Subtenant, individually and collectively.
Entity Guarantor means the Parent, the U.S. Parent and each Material Subsidiary of the Parent or of any Loan Party.
