Entity Guarantor definition

Entity Guarantor means each Guarantor who is not a natural person; and “Individual Guarantor” shall mean each Guarantor who is a natural person.

Entity Guarantor means LifeCare Holdings and each Subtenant, individually and collectively.

Entity Guarantor means Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation, AMC Group, Inc., a Michigan corporation; AMC Wings, Inc., a Michigan corporation, AMC Burgers, Inc., a Michigan corporation, and Bagger Dave’s Franchising Corporation, a Michigan corporation, Bagger Dave’s Franchising Corporation, a Michigan corporation.

Entity Guarantor means the Parent, the U.S. Parent and each Material Subsidiary of the Parent or of any Loan Party.
