Entry Level Program definition

Entry Level Program means an entry level program outlined in clause C.4.
Entry Level Program means an Entry Level Program outlined in clause E3. Family means: - a spouse, former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner of the employee; - a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, or sibling of the employee; - a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, or sibling of a spouse, former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner of the employee; - a member of the employee’s household; or - a person with whom the employee has a relationship of traditional kinship where there is a relationship or obligation, under customs and traditions of the community or group to which the employee belongs. Family & Domestic Violence has the same meaning as in Section 106B(2) of the FW Act. Full-time employee means an employee employed to work an average of 37 hours and 30 minutes per week in accordance with this Agreement. FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 as amended from time to time.

Related to Entry Level Program

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Eligible program means a program of education or training which:

  • Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Top Level Domain means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain.   • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Authorized Control Level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Use Level means the license use meter or model (which may include operating system, hardware system, application or machine tier limitations, if applicable) by which Symantec measures, prices and licenses the right to use the Licensed Software, in effect at the time an order is placed for such Licensed Software, as indicated in this License Agreement and the applicable License Instrument.
