Environmental Approvals definition

Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.

Environmental Approvals means any Governmental Action pursuant to or required under any Environmental Law.

Environmental Approvals shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.17(b).

Examples of Environmental Approvals in a sentence

• DB Contractor has satisfied for the applicable portion of the Project all applicable pre-construction requirements contained in the Environmental Approvals and other Governmental Approvals.

• All Environmental Laws relating to the ownership, operation and management of each Ship and the business of each member of the Group (as now conducted and as reasonably anticipated to be conducted in the future) and the terms of all Environmental Approvals have been complied with.
